Four announcement to join to my club

I am launching a club for training sesssions online.
I  also have my own  gymnasium in real life where you can get fit with our coaches, individual classes or just by yourself.
My gym has been running for three years but the website is new. It is very functional, it is made by me for my clients of the gym. if you are not a physical member of my gym you won´t be able to join my website, where you can find: tips to get fit, to have healthier meals and virtual classes for our experiencies coaches.
The new website club notifies you and follows your diet and it also creates a daily routing of sports and meals to calculate the calories that you burn in a day.
Finally, do not forget to become a member of our brilliant gymnasium, thank you.

nowaday there are many hobbie,like sports or sometimestaking a break,but my favorite one is reading books most because it brings me many good aspects. First, book is a cheap way to get information so I have good chance to widen my knowledge not only in the fields I study but also in other sections in life . Reading books makes me know better about people around the world and the way they live. There is no denial that books always help me relax. Whenever I am under pressure, I find a novel to read, many stories in which allow me to temporarily forget all trouble happening in my daily life. Sometimes, before I go to bed, I choose some short fairy tales to read to have a sound sleep. In addition, through romantic and meaningful stories, I can learn how to control my feeling and even learn to be more patient. One more benefit of reading book is that it makes me express words fluently,. I can improve my communication skill better and better. In short, reading books is my main hobby and I will make best use books for get a rich vocabulary

This is Hyphatia
Hyphatia was born in Alexandria, Egypt between 350 and 370. She was a philosopher, astronomer, mathematican and an inventor. She was a very good teacher of these subjects.
Her father was a very well known mathematican, he was called Theon. He was the head of a very exclusive and conservative school. Her father wanted Hyphatia to be a perfect human being. He taught her Mahematics, Philosophy and Astronomy and he trained her in the art of the rethoric.

She was a pagan, but she was very tolerant and she had a lot of Christian students. But there were a lot of christians who didn't like her ideas and she was murdered by some of them in a very  violent way. Her death socked the empire. The feminist movements have considered her as a martyr of the science.

In 2009, the spanish director Alejandro Amenábar made the film Agora about her life.
She was a very intelligent and educated woman in that time.

my favourite wadget is the watch ,because is very usefull and easy to carry on.
his caracteritics are: it is wireless, it consumes a few of energy.

this invention has changed the life the life of all the people,one of the reason is you can meet with someone at the same time in the past it was so difficult.it serves to identify the different parts of the day  .nowadays the use of the watch has been decreasing because we can see digital watch in every places where we go

Marismas Del Guadalquivir

There are located in the southwest of spain,Sevilla,Huelva and a little part of cadiz.

their measures are 2.000 square meters.It was declarated national heritage by UNESCO in 1994.

one of the pretiest thing in the marismas is "La Saca de las Yeguas"

.It consits that all around of 1.000 people come to the marismas with hir horses,mares and foals. that is an very old tradition in Almonte (Rocio`s village) 26 of juin (the same day of my birthday) of 1509,nowadays we celebrated the same day in the same place that 500 years ago.

the most beautiful thing there ,for me , is the pilgrimage that do all the pilgrims for all around Spain.

It`s about a pilgrimage in the marismas seven days and when they arrive the Rocio`s virgin is waiting the pilgrims that earle morning the famous "salto a la reja" to carry the virgin with their shoulders by Almonte's population

describe a friend

my best friend is Mario Campano,he's the funniest men in the world,i love meeting him beacause he's a very good men and makes everybody happier .

i can trust on him because he's a faithfull person another reason is:when i'm sad or stressed he always tries laughing with me and always get it.
